Message	you MUST show up or else it is hearsay. So, both cops MUST be there to defend the state's case against you. If one of them doesn't show, it gets tossed. You have 2X the probability of one of them showing up as most people do with hoping only one of them show up. The only way someone in a plane could clock you is with a timer, and that timer must be certified. I dont know if they certify timers. :) and that could be the crux of your case.
